The madinacris.ro website is operated by Madinacris Gadget Online S.R.L., CUI 38399562, Trade Register No. J10/1283/2017, with registered office in Buzau, Romania.
2. Services presented
The website presents website development and web solutions, maintenance, remote IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, Google integrations and IT consulting. The information is general and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
3. Prices and quotations
Displayed prices are indicative starting points. Final pricing is established after reviewing requirements, complexity, workload and included services, and is confirmed through the quotation sent to the client.
4. Contractual relationship
Submitting a form or sending an email does not automatically create a contractual relationship. Collaboration starts after the commercial terms and, where applicable, relevant documents have been accepted.
5. Access and security
Some services may require administrative accounts or permissions. They are used only for the agreed work. We recommend dedicated accounts, MFA and access granted strictly on a need-to-use basis.
6. Liability
We use reasonable efforts to provide services correctly. We cannot be responsible for unavailability or losses caused by third-party services, incorrect information provided by the client or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
The website text, visual elements and structure are protected by applicable law and may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
8. Disputes and applicable law
We seek to resolve disagreements amicably. Consumers may consult the ANPC alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
